4.5 Currency

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new users, w999 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion a maximum of one time.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming activity.
• w999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The time limit for claiming a bonus will be determined by the rules of the relevant offer.

5.4 VIP Program

w999 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play, a user can progressively advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits: up to 0.3% at Bronze tier, up to 0.5% at Silver tier, and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Gold tier.

6.1 Fairness of Game Results

All game outcomes on w999 are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and cannot be predetermined. No user or third party can influence this process.

6.3 Disconnection

8.1 Suspension by w999

w999 may suspend or cancel a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected.
• On suspicion of money laundering.
• If age verification fails or false information has been provided.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the w999 support team. Before closing the account, the terms for withdrawing any remaining balance must be fulfilled.

8.3 Forfeiture

If an account is cancelled due to a breach of these terms, the associated bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. Whether genuine deposits are refundable will be determined based on the circumstances of each individual case.
