w999's Commitment to Safe & Responsible Gaming
Gaming is entertainment — w999 always puts your mental and financial well-being first. Stay protected and play with enjoyment.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming and betting is an enjoyable form of entertainment for millions of people. But like any entertainment, it needs to be enjoyed with awareness. At w999, we believe that every player's safety and peace of mind is our greatest responsibility.
When gaming gets out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal life, family relationships, and financial stability. That is why w999 provides every member with responsible gaming tools and support — so that gaming always remains a source of enjoyment, not anxiety.
Important Age Restriction
w999 is only for people aged 21 and above. Access to the gaming platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If there are minor members in your household, make sure to keep your account secure.
Protection Tools & Controls
w999 provides you with several powerful tools to manage your own gaming experience.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum limit on daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies to increase it, but reducing it is instant.
Time-Out Feature
Take a break from gaming for a set period — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, your account remains active but gaming and betting are completely paused.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, exclude yourself on a long-term basis. During self-exclusion, your account is completely inactive and no promotional messages are sent.
Gaming History Review
View a detailed history of all your betting and gaming activity. Track how much time and money has been spent and understand your own patterns.
24/7 Support
w999's live chat and email support are active around the clock. Talk to us in Bengali about any concern or issue — we are always here for you.
